Mailbox For Business Service Specifications & Mail Handling Policies
  • Automated Digital Processing: To deliver a fully virtual experience, all standard letter mail received on my behalf will be automatically opened and digitally scanned to my account. Physical pickup of standard mail at the commercial facility is not permitted under this plan.
  • Package & Security Exceptions: Any oversized packages, certified mail, or visible plastic/credit cards cannot be scanned and will be automatically forwarded to my forwarding address on file (standard carrier forwarding rates apply).
  • 30-Day Retention Schedule: Physical mail will be securely held for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt. On the 31st day, it will be automatically and securely shredded on-site.
  • Late Payment & Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions are billed monthly. If payment is not successfully processed by the 5th of the month, service will be immediately suspended and mail scanning paused. If payment is not received by the 25th of the month, the account will be permanently canceled, and all accumulated or incoming mail will be stamped Return to Sender (RTS) in compliance with postal regulations.
